Who does Keller Senior Transport service?
Keller Senior Transport services hospitals, medical facilities, nursing homes, dialysis centers, senior centers and special outpatient clinics. Additionally, we service any relatively healthy senior adult 55+ and those adults with special needs. Mentally-challenged clients can also be transported safely but must be accompanied by an adult age 25+.
What cities do you serve?
Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, North Richland Hills, Colleyville, Dallas and Ft. Worth - and surrounding cities including but not limited to: Hurst, Euless and Bedford.
Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?
Keller Senior Transport is not associated with Medicare or Medicaid or any third party reimbursement agency.
Do you transport in place of 911?
Any seriously ill clients can not be transported in our vans and must make other arrangements or call 911.
Are there any restrictions on how far can I go?
Our services are offered “curb-to-curb” anywhere within a 75 mile radius of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
What type of vehicles do you use for transport?
Keller Senior Transport utilizes several type vehicles to meet our clients need, such as paratransit vans that can hold up to 3 wheelchair-bound individuals, a scooter and up to 6 passengers..
Keller Senior Transport reserves the right to deny service to any client if safety guidelines are not adhered to.
